Awesome customer service (the best). Today I visited the Cerritos branch to open up another account. Kelly was so patient, knowledgeable and patient, I could not be happier with her service. Definitely 10 out of 10 customer service. Kelly went above and beyond to show me how to access some of the features and even printed me a new ATM card on the spot. Also helped me set up my beneficiary. Very grateful for her patient friendly service and for helping me out so much today because I did have a lot of questions. I left having all my questions answered and a very happy customer. Thank you Kelly and LAFCU.

12/19/19 CERRITOS BRANCH GREAT STAFF. I JUST WENT FOR A WITHDRAWAL THEN I ASK A QUESTION AND AMY MY TELLER SHE GOT ON THE PHONE A FEW DIFFERENT TIMES LOOK UP STUFF ASK QUESTIONS AND GOT TO THE THE BOTTOM OF THINGS. Convenient location. The staff always friendly and efficient, and the rates/fees are competitive. I had to go to a branch in Gardena before, but with this branch only ten minutes from home it is great! Thx LAFCU.
