Lori was unbelievably helpful when we bought our first home in 2012 and vaporized every last drop of confusion and fear out of the mortgage process with her laser-powered skills. She has been equally helpful on a couple occasions since then, such as when I wanted to know if refinancing would be a good idea - she got me all the relevant info in record time, even when the numbers said it wasn't quite worth refinancing at that moment.
