I saw Andy on the Earn Your Leisure podcast and what piqued my interest initially was his claim that he could make a charge-off go away in 90 days. I had charge-offs on my credit that were hampering my ability to Refinance my house, which i needed to get done ASAP. So once i heard that, i looked into his business and signed up. Now, during the process of fixing my credit COVID slowed down the business world and it took longer than 90 days to get them off, but my credit score shot up to 790 after Andy did his thing. Once i refinanced, my score dropped to 760(which isn't bad, but not as good as 790!). Now, i thought that after they fixed my report that was it--but nope. Andy called me personally to see if i had made any recent changes in my finances to justify the point drop, and once i explained my Refinance, he explained the point drop was temporary and prescribed other actions i could take to increase my score. There aren't many companies that go OUT OF THEIR WAY to call clients AFTER THEY'VE RENDERED THE SERVICE THEY WERE PAID FOR, and that's what let me know Andy and his team really take their reputation seriously and care about their clients. Great communication; whenever i sent an email, it would get answered within a day at most. You're in great hands with these guys.

What can I say about Y2K. They people are the best company I ever had to deal with. Not only they get results, they are Honest of what they can accomplish. I have been working with Andy and Y2K for just about 2 years now. Since day one Andy has been very detailed and honest and my credit repair. I’ve used a few different services for fixing/building my credit. None of them really lived up to their promise. I pretty much gave up on paying all these companies to fix and build my credit until, my friend referred me to Y2K Credit Solutions. Andy Sukhu and his team over exceeded my expectations. Andy was very professional and has a great sense of humor. I was very comfortable working with him. I’ve already referred a few people who have been extremely happy with his services, and they keep referring more people to him. I highly recommend Y2K Credit Solutions for all of your credit needs.

I informed the company that I did not need a full consultation and that I only needed a couple inquiries removed that were from applying for business credit and were applied to my personal that were denied. They would not allow me to get around the consultation which I had to pay $99 for. I didn't pursue with seeking their service for an entire month because I refused to pay for a consultation that I didn't need. The representative advised my brother they would work with me while they were working on his report. Nothing changed on my end as far as not wanting to pay for the consultation. When I spoke with the lady after realizing the application had the fee attached with it she informed me that Andy would be handling it. A few seconds into the call Andy stated that I didn't need a consultation and I was thinking that's what I been telling him and his assistant before I was forced to pay the consultation fee since there was no way around it. I had not heard from Y2k for a few days before I put up my initial review that they removed same day. And the two inquiries still aren't removed which were separate payments than the consultation. I did contact Y2k a day later after speaking with Andy since another business inquiry hit my personal a day after consultation. The inquiry was lagging from a few days before the consultation and I had no idea it would hit my personal. When I reached out to see if they could add for just the removal inquiry charge of $35, the woman stated No, I would have to do a separate consultation. I would not recommend this company. My brother is having issues with them currently as well. They do not communicate well and have every excuse in the book to wait another 30-45 days after unfavorable results come back. My brother's hands are tied and has no choice but to wait since he's paid already. ALSO FYI, "SOMETHING THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW WHICH IS WHY THEY REMOVED THIS" IF YOUR SCORE IS IN THE 500'S OR LOWER YOU OR ANY CREDIT REPAIR COMPANY COULD MORE THAN LIKELY GET YOU INTO THE MID 600'S TO 700'S VERY QUICKLY. DON'T THINK IT'S SOMETHING SPECIAL THEY ARE DOING. SCORE INCREASES SLOWER ONCE IN THE 600'S. This company has nothing to offer those who already know what they are doing when it comes to credit or those who have fair to good scores.

I worked for Y2K about 3 years ago and what I can tell you as someone who has seen what goes on “behind the scenes” is that this is probably the only credit repair company you can go to where you won’t get scammed. Any negative reviews are from clients who did not listen to the staff and uphold their end in order to see promised results. Those who LISTEN and do EXACTLY as Andy says see the results they’re looking for. Negative reviewers want to see good results but max out their credit cards during the repair process and call the office blaming their low scores on the company when they were advised against doing so and the consequences of their actions. I do not miss dealing with these types of crazy clients but I do miss the work and satisfaction of being part of the process to help others improve their financial health! If you’re going to use Y2K make sure to pay attention and listen to the instructions you’re given because Andy is highly experienced and can deliver what he promises.

Total rip off promise is 3 months and it’s been 2 years still the result has not be delivered. Andy tell you to sign up for score navigator extra 50$ per month as they drag there feet. No one know what each other is doing on the credit file totally unprofessional. Can never speak to Jared or Andy when you call your told they would call back and never do.
