Outstanding place to receive hometown quality and service. The once-young man who was our loan officer when we purchased our land in 2007 is now one of the vice presidents, and I can still call him with questions. I understand that we are in an pandemic, but it would have been nice to talk to someone on the phone. Each time we tried to contact someone, it was the receptionist at the desk. She would tell us that our account manager was working from home. We call and no answer, only response we got was from email. Everyone was nice and all, but a voice on the phone would have made this a more pleasant experience.
