Dean Loizou is an excellent CPA. I had a large, multi-year tax situation that was originally filed with a top "boutique" tax firm. The result of which resulted in over 50K in taxes and penalties in addition to the huge bill the firm charged me. After, hiring Dean to recheck the work he was able to get back 30K of the original 50K payout. He's honest and diligent and shockingly inexpensive. I would highly recommend him. Thanks again Dean !

Terrible experience. Not only did he botch a 2017 final estate filing, submitting incorrect/incomplete information, he dropped the ball on follow-ups with the VA Dept of Taxation. He asked me for follow-up information to support a refiling and then ghosted me. Strongly recommend avoiding unless you're ok with not getting your refund, like having your e-mails and phone calls not returned, and enjoy sorting out paperwork issues directly with the VA DoT.

They don't get any worst then this CPA used him for a year and he opened up Pandoras box now have to pay another cPA to fix all his mistakes.
