This branch is located in a very nice shopping center, off of Victory and Canoga. The staff were friendly and make eye contact. They were very polite and asked the appropriate questions to help service my needs. The branch is very clean and open, the layout is very inviting and positive. No one is pressuring you to open anything and even when I asked if there was an account that can waive my wire fee and they said no, I was given an actual explanation as to why they could not.

Logix Federal Credit Union is the best bank I have ever encountered. Up front, genuine and really easy great ways of operating. You cannot go wrong.

If you are shopping for a car loan look no further, for both older cars and new cars this is the place!!! If you're looking to finance a car loan you need to get yourself over to this branch and sit with Charles Blue. I've been dealing with lenders both car and mortgage for decades. This was the best experience to date!!!! Charles Blue was a pro from the beginning to the end. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Deep in the process we discovered that a big mistake had been made. Charles both owned it and corrected it with full transparency. It's when you have a issue like this that you really get to see the true colors of a person and the institution. I was happy the error happened becuase it let me see the true colors of both Charles and Logix and the colors are beautiful!!!! Very rare these days. Charles Blue is my new go to person for any and all of the services he offers. I am new to Logix but look forward to having a long relationship with Logix. I started out with an application at Primerica for financing this vehicle and they were a back peddling hot mess. They approved the loan and then mid stream unapproved the loan, all this after I had made a non-refundable deposit on the truck. They also have crummy interest rates. Not only does Logix truly have the best car loan program, they even finance older cars (I researched about 40 of them in great depth), they have the best interest rates, best car valuation guidelines (They use KBB not NADA) and the best car loan programs. If you are looking to finance an older car purchase, this is the place for you! If you are looking to finance a new car, this is also the place for you! If you want to deal with a real live professional (very rare these days) see Charles Blue you won't regret it! If you are looking for a first class professional credit union, work with Logix.

We left Wells Fargo and signed up with Logix based on high ratings with consumer reports. We are very happy. They are responsive when you go into the branch or via chat. Most of our banking is remote and we use the service to mail our checks or the app for deposits, which is very easy and reliable. And I'm not supporting an institution with questionable practices.

If you want horrible service and a bank that doesn't care about your business, go here! They were standing around talking while we were trying to open an account!! So we just left and opened an account with Chase! Talk about losing business for lazy people!

The opening of my accounts with Logiix were professionally done and with curiosity. I don't make a lot of money or have a lot of money but they made feel I had a chance of emergency funds at my finger tips!!!
