When you have a great team like Locke Your Loan, purchasing a home is less stressful. The team is organized, and detail orientated while working hard to provide their customers needs. If there were any questions/concerns that my husband and I had Laura and her team were amazing with answering them. We had started our process for applying for our loan through another company, and it was a disaster. Lara and her team stepped in at the eleventh hour and made this happen for us! I cannot speak highly enough about Lara and her entire team of caring, competent, and professional staff! We were very well taken care of from the first moment I called Locke Your Loan after a strong recommendation from a friend. We were on a very tight timeline...trying to buy the house we were renting after being given 60-days notice to vacate! Lara's team hustled. I've never felt so advocated for. I knew that if we could pull it off, this was the team that could make it happen. Not only did they make it happen, they got our 45-day escrow closed in 35 days (for a tricky loan!), and fought on our behalf to secure a good rate during these unstable times of rising rates. WOW. We now own our home thanks in large part to Lara, Alyssa, Skylar, and Aimee (and surely others behind the scenes). I usually do not like to write reviews. Being in the service industry my guiding principle is to serve customers because it is livelihood and it is expected to get the job done. However, I am compelled to write this review and share my experience. Locke Your Loan has exceptional individuals and unique team work that truly put customer’s interest as their priority to not only get the job done but also strive to get the job done well in complex situations when I expected the least. Lara gave us professional presentations at night. With her knowledge and expertise, our loan was able to be locked just hours before the interest rate went up. Katarina’s communication skill is top notch. She consistently, actively and proactively moved my loan process forward when confronted with obstacles. The other office staff was also very friendly providing flexible hours for doc submissions. I highly recommend this team and will work with them again. Thank you so much Lara, Katarina and others. My wife and I found a great home and in this market, knew we needed to make an immediate offer. We contacted Lara Locke and were pre-qualified with a letter within 24 hours. This made our offer stronger. Once the loan process started, the email communication linked to our docs portal, which was easy to use and upload documents. Locke contacted us regularly and kept us updated. Her office should be commended for the expediency and professionalism. I have recommended her to friends and will use her again if the need arises.
