So glad I found this place!!! I had been searching for a true honest family owned mortgage company that I could trust and do business with and with Local Mortgage I found just that!!! The experience was flawless and super smooth with zero worries immediate returns on my emails and they we extremely NICE and very thoughtful about everything!! Jordon was so professional and he made this process flow perfect! The rates were very competitive too!! You won't regret going with this company I guarantee it!!

Successfully financed with Local Mortgage in Georgia. Chase was always available and quick to respond. We made many offers and Local Mortgage was never the bottleneck. Leading up to actual close our Loan Manager, Corrie, was thorough and a great communicator.

After watching rates in my rate alert emails for like 3 months I finally saw a great rate that I wanted to jump on. They matched the exact quote from the email and we closed in less than a month. I was hoping to get some cash to consolidate my debts and they were able to get more cash than I hoped for. My refinance will save me six or seven hundred dollars a month in debt payment. I can’t begin to say how wonderful and easy this process was with Local Mortgage! As a first time home buyer, I didn’t have much knowledge about the entire process. Austin and Travis held my hand through the entire transaction. I reached out to them over 2 years ago for a pre-approval on a property that fell through, but kept their number for future use. I reached back out when I found my dream home and they were amazingly attentive and took care of everything! WOULD NOT USE I have re-financed and obtained financing many times and this was the worst experience ever. My appraisal was originally supposed to cost $550 and after paying that I was informed it would cost another $415 if I wanted it done in time for the locked in rate to be retained. They required more and more documentation most of which was never been required in past financing. Would not use.

I found Local Mortgage on-line while in the process of researching final loan options after our new home offer was accepted. Chase/Local Mortgage was a significantly lower interest rate than other lenders. I was skeptical the rate was "to good to be true", but in subsequent conversations, Chase answered every question I had quickly, throughly, and professionally. Our real estate agent also expressed concerns that we would be unable to meet our close date if we moved forward with Local Mortgage (versus the lender she preferred). Chase offered to speak with her and assured me all timelines would be met. He delivered and so did his team. Ultimately, we saved thousands of dollars over the life of our loan AND can say our financing experience with was one of the best parts of our home buying experience!

I found their rates to be superior to all other options. Processing and closing were a little bumpy at times but the issues were quickly rectified. I would partner with them again in a heartbeat.
