Please do not use this company even if you're a first-time buyer. They will ruin your life. Here is an example I finally got my credit score high enough to go with a better interest rate at 5%. Knowing they're at 28% and killing you, I ended up signing paperwork and refinancing my truck and I was very happy. The new bank contacted them with a 10-day payoff so everyone was on the same page. They called me asking me for a payment and I said there's a check being sent to you guys for a payoff they continue to argue with me and make threats never one time did they say they were going to repossess my car. The next day they came and repoed my car. This company is a scam I please warn you and those that have families please stay away. I'm looking into any legal action I can take for this company. this just happened last month april 2022. They will not let you talk to anyone in the higher up departments when you ask, and they really do not care. Hey lobel can I please get a hold of someone in the hire up departments?. STAY AWAY!

I extremely enjoy working with this bank. All the people here are hard working and ready to get deals funded. I’ve been doing business with Lobel for about 10 years now and I have no complaints. They have came a long way with upgrades and positive changes with more to come. A note for customers: Just be nice. Maintain your insurance. Make your payments. APR is high because well...your credit doesn’t qualify for a lower APR. Don’t miss your payment. Make them early and when your vehicle is paid off...your next loan will have a much lower rate. The check engine light went on within an hour after I got the car. I called the dealer they told me to bring the car back. Which I did. Later on they were calling me false accusing me hit the car, that was just RIDICULOUS. I got spam calls from Tesla saying someone was using my personal information sending massive inquiries. And the email they use was from this place. Here comes the fun part, even I returned the car the very next day, they still put it on my report as voluntarily repossession. They work with the bank to screw you over. DO NOT BUY THE CAR FROM HERE.

I will give them a no star if there is any. This company is unprofessional. I buy this car at a dealership and Lobel financial Finance me, but the dealership close and I been trying to get the license plate And registrations from them. So the car was purchased on April 2019 and right now is September 2019. Still nothing. I call them many times and no one can help but when it come to payment time they call like crazy. This car been sitting in my driveway and cant be Driven because of the plate. I buy a car to drive no for modeling. I tell them to get my plate and I’ll start paying. They say no! I say ok, you can have the dam car back. Come and get it. I have everything on video and take a couple of photos so I can keep records of how they were unprofessional .

AVOID. Rude dishonest people. Will sue you over a late payment. Please I beg of you, avoid these con artist. They sued me for $15,000 of a $8,000 car. Put them out of business!!

Absolutely worst finance company I have ever dealt with every year when insurance renewal comes around I have to call them multiple time and insurance cause they can't seem to receive a fax. I have the same insurance with GM financial and they have no problems. They also charge you 5$ to make a payment from debit card or bank transfer.

Refinancing immediately. I purchased a vehicle with NorCal cars and trucks. Great deal, simple purchase. At the FIRST contact by the lending company where they provide loan account number they are issuing me a hefty fine for not having some insurance? (Insurance has been on the vehicle). Unacceptable. My credit score is 788 and they thought they were giving a great deal of 8%. So foolish. Cant wait for refi to be finalized. Incredibly disappointed that predatory lenders are still getting away with this. Not to mention the only direct contact info I have for this bank is someones direct cell phone who only texts. Not professional. I wanted to provide an update. I have been hung up on two times by the corp reps. Jasmine and Claudia are the girls who have unsatisfactory "assisted me". No response from Claudia. 7/6 And jasmine with "corporate has hung up on me. 7/8 Update: Carlos is an angel and has been the most amicable person in the company.

The worst vehicle financing in the business. If you so much as miss a single car payment, prepare to undergo a repossession. Yes, this company may repossess your vehicle over a SINGLE MISSED PAYMENT. In addition, after involuntary forfeiture of your vehicle, they may charge off your account for the unpaid balance and may continue to shred your credit history for the next 7.5 years by entering monthly “CHARGE OFF” alerts to the credit reporting agencies, further damaging your credit. Though legal at the moment, they do this monthly reporting purely out of spite. If you value your credit worthiness and want to avoid super-high interest fees, avoid this company at all costs. One or two missed payments could damage your credit for the next 7 and a half years.

My son used them to buy his first car they was great with him he never had a problem with them

These people are the rudest and most unprofessional people I think I have ever dealt with on a business level. They do not notate the account, they don’t not read the account nite before contacting you, at least in my experience with them. I am so very glad I was able to use another finance company.
