Came in today to get a title loan. All of the nice ladies in the office greeted me soon as I walked in. I had the pleasure of working with Alex. She was courteous broke everything down to me and how the payments works. I love her friendly customer service and I’ll definitely be back if I ever need to get a loan again. The whole staff is very friendly. Ms. Darlene was the first person who helped me when I received my first loan at another location. Everyone at this location is very friendly and gives excellent service.

We went to Loan star title to get a loan. They offered us 1200.00 with 150 percent interest. We would have hade to pay back 3000.00 in 5 months with a ballon payment of over 1500.00 dollars. I don't know how this company has a 5 star rating. I had to give them 1 star because they don't have a 0 rating. They get a 0 rating from me. If you can't get an interest rate between 8.25 to 12 percent it ain't worth it.

Darlene was very nice, and answered all of our questions. But what really stood out to me (that you don't see nowadays) is she would make sure we understood everything and we were all on the same page so to speak before we moved on. I really appreciated that and that professionalism is why she's getting 5 stars

This place is great Ms.Darlene is great she always take her time with her costumers. And they are nice and clean to.

When I arrived here miss Darlene was very helpful help me understand the way that loan was supposed to the way it was she was a real help I give her five stars
