I've just had the most wonderful Conversation with a young lady named Alissia. She was very kind and helpful ☺. I don't have a account with this particular Loastar Title company but , She was listening to everything I had to say and was very knowledgeable about her work. Mrs Alissia was very professional and she understood my concerns, and did all that she could do to make sure that I was accommodated.. I sure wish I had done my business with this particular company. They did everything that I needed with no issues. Everybody was very polite and moved very fast to get everything done. I was in and out. No complaints at all.

The service is amazing very helpful and explain everything which I love!!, but the fees are ridiculous make sure you just get what you need and pay back ASAP!! But great service

I would suggest that IF there's Any other options available (including other title loan companies), DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. I received a loan for $260 that I knew would be Very short-term, (less than a week), was told $40 added to the loan amount that I should expect to have to pay back, but when I arrived there was an additional $35 added to my payoff amount! Upon inquiring when/how I would receive my Title back, and was told that would be 4-6 weeks before the DMV would return it to Lone Star & they would call me to pick it up... 4-6 Weeks??? I just received a call for an option to have an additional loan, which I declined and asked about my Title. She said that it would be at least another week, because the Lien that was placed on the Title. After inquiring If the Lien will be Removed from my Title, I was told that Lone Star will provide me with a form showing that the Lien is no longer required on the Title, so That I CAN TAKE MY TITLE BACK TO THE DMV & PAY TO HAVE LONE STAR REMOVED FROM MY TITLE!!! ***All of This is for a Title Loan that was Literally for 6-Days*** Because I had used this type of loan through a different company a few years ago, WITH ANOTHER COMPANY, I expected Lone Star would be the same, because upon return of my Title, the name of the temporary Lien, no longer existed... Again ***DON'T USE LONE STAR FOR ANY TYPE OF LOAN***!!!

I went online to see if i qualify for a loan and shortly after i disconnected online i received a call to come in. They also offered curbside service but I'm close to the office so i went in. It was a clean establishment an they were very polite and the process was easy. They took care of me. I do not have any regrets about going there. I am a very satisfied customer.
