Loanstar Title Loans Sw Military Dr, San Antonio

Went in to get a title loan and was helped by a guy named Rey. The process was super easy. The very next day I decided I wanted to cancel the loan and that was super easy as well. I wasn't made to feel uncomfortable either (although I'm sure everyone talked about me when i left ..lol 🤷‍♀️), but Rey was very kind and the staff was also very nice to us. I appreciate the help. Will definitely recommend to anyone know in need of a title loan.

Went to go payoff a loan and spoke to Jay before going, at the store they tried to take my payment to payoff and they wouldn't release the title. Spoke to Ray the manager and he stated that Jay was new gave wrong info over the phone. Bad training on staff and bad manager experience
