This is the 2nd loan I have done thru this company and I am pleased with my experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and doesn't hesitate to answer any questions. I even got a hand shake after the transaction was complete, which call me old school but that goes along way

Was thorough and so kind, letting our little Tina pug come in because we didn’t want her unattended in case of emergency again. Did the pre-approval on the site and got my estimate, drove 2 1/2 hours to get cut way short of the estimate then told the computer does the estimates. Would suggest taking the pre-approval app off they're site? Other then that it was ok.

I had a great experience with fast and friendly service thanks to Jenni! She was friendly when I called to inquire about their services and super helpful when I got there.

I had a appointment, went very well, I am terrible with remembering names, the lady just happened to be conducting a interview with someone else, she helped the other customer and came back out and inspected my car before names or anything. Finishing the process was maybe a 1\2 hour, fast and efficient. The next day I got a call from WI title loans and said I missed my appointment, no I was right on time, I told them. I would suggest when or if you use call google search, the search engine will go to max, so I had gone to the wrong place and max carried through the process like I was having an appointment with them. If your doing google search make sure you have the right place. I did feel bad for the other company and she made it sound like the mix up happens a lot. Just a FYI for everyone, the lady that helped me was super good at her job, friendly and professional but apparently the interest rates are a lot higher wirh this one, I didn't know so I am hoping this will help someone else in the future.

Very understanding, nice, and personable employees!!! Very professional and punctual with business situations. The one thing I personally would have rather seen with my visit, would be cash in hand, rather than a check. Just being able to eliminate having to go to my bank to cash the check would be that much more convenient. Otherwise a very painless visit with very mannerly professional help.

Got a small loan to cover a bill till pay day. The two ladies working the location were amazing! Very courteous, quick to attend to me and their sense of humor made my first experience with a title loan stress free. Were always available to answer even the smallest of my questions and nothing negative when I paid off early

This place is great if your looking to get quick cash and pay the loan off quick. The people are really nice and easy to get along with. Jenny is a hoot, she's my favorite.

I had an emergency, came down to taking a title loan or losing my place to live. I came in on a Saturday and it was an hour before they closed, even with having a typo on my name, she was able to fix it and have me out the door with a check in less than 45 minutes. Thanks loan max!
