Both girls are very friendly and made the paperwork easy to understand when explaining the contract. I have done a lot of business with these girls and they are always friendly and cheery. Store was clean and nice and cool. When I was unable to go in the store because of Covid 19 they came out to my car. The whole visit only took 15 minutes. Thanks

Jessica was a kind and friendly sweetheart. She remembered me from my last loan and got through my paperwork quickly. Even helped me set up the LoanMax app for payments in the future! 😁 Would definitely recommend.

I have gone to this location and always greeted with a smile. If I am in a hurry they are always on top of it to make sure i get to where i need to be in time! Although I can make payments online I choose to come in so I can see jessica and Laurie because they are the absolute BEST! I highly recommend this location and its staff!

It was a great experience very easy, Laurie did an amazing job. I’m very happy I went here instead of anywhere else. The process seemed very quick. I highly recommend it !

First thing, the online estimator is EXTREMELY off! Second thing as soon as I walked in the office smelled of mold. Then I noticed trash cans lined up and water dripping into them. The smell was so overwhelming I could easily smell it through my mask. During small talk she says I have to do an ‘One In The Same’ form because my name on my driver’s license was different than my name on the title. I was confused and said “It is?” She looked again and said oh never mind. I laughed it off and said a supervisor typed my title, because I work there. Next thing I know she’s calling someone telling them that the font on my VIN number was changed on the title and the security features weren’t working! She also said “Yea and she works there!” Yet when I pressed my finger on the page it didn’t change colors and she said well the font is still wrong. I was pre-approved for a small fraction of what I was quoted online and was told that I could “possibly” get a supervisor over-ride. I asked if it was because of income and she said no absolutely not income or anything to do with your car. Said it was because I was a first time customer with this specific car! Never mind that I’ve gotten loans from them a few times on other cars and always paid them! So I was going to have to go out them on the title as a lien, come back again to get the loan which was half of what I was asking for and not even close to what I was quoted. I then decided that this was turning out to be pretty inconvenient for me to jump through hoops for half of what I needed and be accused of having a fraudulent title! So I asked for my information back and let her know I would be going somewhere else. She started saying no no no I’m not accusing you of anything. Well obviously you think my title is fake. As I was walking out I asked her to please call and verify my title number the following day just so she knew that it was legit and she was wrong. She then holds up a photocopy of my title that has VOID all over it because THATS ONE OF THE SECURITY FEATURES of titles! You can’t just photocopy them! So the security features WERE working but she was going out of her way to find something, ANYTHING, was wrong with the title! I would go anywhere but here! I feel embarrassed and insulted and will not longer take my business to them.
