I had an issue with their phone call policy bc I was woken from my sleep being reminded of something I initiated that I was going to do. I heard them out and they heard my complaint and everything was worked out.

I went to this location for a loan in November and i paid them back within 3 days. I was told that i would be getting a new title in the mail within 3 weeks from the DMV, but it has been over a month and a half and i still did not receive it. I called Lonamax Title Loans today to see what's going on, first of all, they couldn't find me in the system, i asked them to pull me up by my phone number, which they finally found. Upon researching the lady tells me that they never sent in my title and had the nerve to ask me how come I didn't call them sooner about it. I was like, yall told me that i would be receiving it from the DMV in the mail so I didn't need to contact yall, but now i'm learning that yall never sent it in at all and had it sitting in your possession all of this time, now I have 2 cars on my hands and I can't sell my old car because I've been waiting all this time for them to simply do their job. I never write a review on businesses, but I wanted to let the public know that if they do business here, please stay on top of your transactions with them...
