Allen W. helped me look at all options for my refinance and even looked into the details of my original loan and home equity loan to find the best option. He asked questions that other potential lenders did not and was able to save me more money than other lenders based on these questions. The process was easy to do with everything electronic.

Such a great experience with this company. Everything is done through their online portal, which was very easy to use and upload all the necessary documents. Super friendly team all around and great communication as well. Definitely recommend and will only use them for future purchases!

Just completed a home mortgage refinance with LoanFlight. The whole process took one month and was very smooth and convenient. And LoanFlight offered me the best rate and closing costs compared to other lenders. The application was done online and relevant documents were scanned/eSigned and uploaded to the company's web portal. For closing, the company arranged a notary to come to my house and sign all the documents. From the first call to closing, the communication was prompt and clear, and I am very satisfied with both the costs and customer experience. Highly recommend!

I've gone through two refinancing processes with LoanFlight Lending and both have gone well. Specifically, the less I have to do deal with a person and the more automated the process is through easy to use software the better, and their online application process from start to loan closing is clear and efficient through the web. All that being said, if you have a question or problem, your current contact for questions is clearly visible and responsive via email. I've recommended them to many friends who have also had successful refinancing of their properties.

VERY STREAMLINED PROCESS AND EXCELLENT SERVICE .I have used LoanFlight Lending now for 2 home transactions. All have closed in less than 25 days from initial inquiry to closing. I have worked with Loan Officer Allen and Jeffrey John and his knowledge and customer service is second to none. In each case I got better than competitive interest rates with no lender fees and fantastic service. The online portal and ease of document management is another great LoanFlight feature which made the process seamless from getting my initial rate locked to making sure all of the details were finalized without any snags. LoanFlight had the best rate available at the time I refinanced (March 2021). They were very responsive to all inquiries I made, from start to finish. We’ve used Loan Flight twice now and both times have been great! From start to finish everything went on time and without any glitches. Excellent service with each person we had interaction with. What I can tell you. Wow, that was fast. Great team, great job. They were ready to close my cash-out refinancing in 8 days from when I applied for a loan. The whole process was smooth and easy. The Loan Flight guys were helping me out heavily, informing me by texts almost every day about the status of my application and what is the next step. All my questions, worries, and requests were addressed by emails promptly. I even had to move my closing date farther because I wasn’t ready for such a fast approach. The LoanFlight granted my request to close my loan at my residence on the day of my choice. Avoid this lending company and representative David Nichols at ALL cost! He lied to me about a rate lock with no points and sent a disclosure. Then after the initial disclosure i was tricked into underwriting my loan with 2 points of fees built into my supposed rate lock with no points he initially promised. Oddly I caught it right before closing. Avoid this lender.

Bait and switch - thats their tactic. They are responsive early and want you to go with them. Call you everyday, give you a low rate, no fees, etc. Moment you lock and start paperwork, fees cone out of nowhere. Incorrect closures are sent. You are handed off from one person to another. People don’t take your calls and loan officer’s explanation is he is not involved in what the other departments are doing. Lock period goes by although everything was submitted and conditionally approved a week before. Incorrect disclosures are sent repeatedly and despite loan officer acknowledging its incorrect, corrected documents do not arrive on time. Loan lock extension fees are added and then other inaccuracies creep in. I was at the stage of closing the loan and notary was sent incorrect disclosures. Its been a week since I should have closed and no one has bothered contacting me because they know I wont fall for their money extraction games. It would have been better for them to state upfront they charge fees rather than zero lender fees. Terrible and surprised that such businesses are allowed to exist! BBB you will be notified!

Rapid, smooth, professional I just closed a refi with LoanFlight and, as the title suggests, it was rapid and smooth. When I started the process I looked at several mortgage lending companies and LoanFlight came in below all of them. That wasn't immediately clear because there's a lot of ways to write a loan estimate but the folks from LoanFlight worked with me and it was clear they were giving me the best, most well-thought out deal. Once I locked my rate with them, it was a relatively quick process (3 to 3.5 weeks). All the interactions I had with their processors was professional, courteous, and helpful. I did pretty much everything online through their portal. Closing was easy and now I'm going to buy a new truck.

Also managed to get me closed a week before the original estimate Would 100% use again and already referred a friend to them.

A friend referred me to them because he got a great rate - 2% 15 yr mortgage. I emailed the rep he worked with and immediately got a response. Applying for a mortgage nowadays is a ridiculously complicated process, which I realize is not their fault. They make the process as easy as it can be by having a portal set up to submit documents and automated emails letting you know when there is a needed document to submit or sign. Very good company, easy to work with.

Just closed on refinance last week, and could not be happier! This game a the second time I have worked with LoanFlight in the last 12 months (both refinancing my primary residence). Simple and efficient online portal system, timely and knowledgeable responses from loan officer and support team along the way, and best rates I could find. I actually started the refinance process with another provider this last time and they “offered” a best rate guarantee. There was a week in November where rates dropped sharply, and when I showed them the LoanFlight right I was quoted, they crawfished on the guarantee and told me I should go with LoanFlight. Who knows, if rates continue downward trajectory, I may be calling them back up in a few months?!?! Thanks again
