5 weeks ago I put a plea on Facebook looking for any friends who may have any mortgage advice or referrals as I had exhausted my google searches and personal contacts and honestly felt defeated and discouraged. Within 3 minutes of posting I had a response from Laura who said, message me. Some how some way we were friends on facebook, and have never actually met Laura, probably through our Lake Country friends and Lake friends, but boy am I glad we were friends. Within minutes Laura was asking questions, and immediately went to work for us. We started the process of applying after exploring every single option we could think of and within hours Laura had us approved and gave us options that worked for us. She took control of the whole process with professionalism and class, with a side of compassion and enthusiasm and from the moment we started working together we had all the confidence in Laura. She always made us aware of the process, she always communicated what needed to be done and things she needed from us, and when things got a little rocky she was right there to re assure us we were going to be okay. She really tailered the whole process to our needs and made everything very easy to understand. Today we closed on our mortgage, a mortgage we didn't think would ever be possible, today Laura gave us the last piece of our puzzle we needed to make our home owning what WE have only dreamed of.
