She made herself available to us (often outside normal business hours) to ensure we could get loan approval letters out each time we attempted to buy a property. She explains every step thoroughly, makes herself available for any questions and has the very best relationship we could hope for with other parties involved in the processes such as the realtor, title company, appraiser, etc. She is the only agent we will work with now.

I was overwhelmed by the dependance on computers for every part of the transactions. Even though Donna was somewhat understanding, I felt that my questions were not answered. Today I intend to send more questions to her via my gmail account as I cant find my password for the to do list. Seems easy.
