Jared is always on time to meet my schedule. He answered my phone calls promptly. He is knowledgeable about his job. He is doing a great job. My wife and I are happy with his service. We would like to say thank you!

I'm giving 3 stars because I did really appreciate the ability to do everything online, including putting our banking information in so we didn't have to provide PDF's of all sorts of financial documents. That made the process very easy for us. What I didn't like was how we felt like we weren't given all of the information up front. Throughout the process, many things changed without explanation, and when asked, the explanation didn't really make sense. We also didn't know our final numbers until 2 days before closing. We were told we would get money back at closing, then a few days later we were told we'd have to bring $1600 to closing, but we ended up getting a check back at closing. This type of stuff makes the process very nerve wracking and difficult. I lost a lot of trust through this process, and didn't get a sense that our best interests were being considered, just whatever needed to be done to get the deal done. With that said, when our closing date changed at the last minute, everything was handled by our loan officer and they made that part painless. This is why I'm giving 3 stars. I wasn't impressed by the service we received, but there were aspects that were positive too.

It was much easier of a process than I thought it was going to be. Jared helped me make sure I had everything covered and was able to help me purchase my first home in a very short and fast time

Communication with customer and any change in the market. Your staff were able to communicate and explain all he detail as good as possible. Because of the good job toward me and my family, I have recommended a friend to you guys. Another one is on his way.

I was hesitant at first to use a business like LoanDepot for my home loan, but Ryan and Bonnie have been nothing short of amazing through the entire process! Every time Ryan sent something over, he would call within ten minutes to explain it over the phone. I am extremely satisfied with my LoanDepot experience!

John has always gone above and beyond. He answer questions in a very timely manner. He is very knowledgeable and talks you through the whole process. Never had a bad experience dealing with his whole team!

Nick and Lindsey have been phenomenal during my entire purchase/mortgage process. They both went above and beyond to keep me in the loop during every step of the process, including returning calls/e-mails/texts after hours and on weekends. For the past 30+ years, I've worked with hundreds in the real estate industry. Not one of them comes close to Nick and Lindsey. From this point forward, all of my referrals will go to them. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with on my home purchase. Team Teigland all the way!

Greg is always quick to answer questions and makes us feel comfortable in the process especially when we aren't sure how the process works. We highly recommend him to everyone who asks.
