So glad we went through Loan Depot. While everyone we encountered was helpful and friendly, we highly recommend working with Steffan! He was extremely patient & understanding of our situation, professional and prompt at every term. He made us feel like we were his priority at every interaction. The experience with loanDepot has been very unique. I worked very closely with Shannon from loanDepot and she has been a great guide throughout the Home buying process. She worked very minutely on my Finances and laid down a plan strategically to improve my Credit Score and at the end it was really worth it. Shannon acted as a partner throughout the process and followed up on a timely fashion. She was super prompt in responding to any of my queries and made sure that the closing happens on time. I don't know where to begin. My wife and I had a terrible experience with another lender, a large bank that will not be named. We were on a tight schedule and switching lenders was risky. Shannon and her team are treating us as if we are their main priority, communicating constantly, and provide quick updates. Referral but what a mistake, should of stayed with our lender we used for years. Rosa Le was not helpful, told us that she wouldn't talk or respond to us until we sold our home- 7-23-2021 for new home loan while we had many questions- almost to the finish line- along the process. What type of customer service is that, hostile, keeping us hostage on our questions regarding our loan? If all the right things are said, usually run the other way. This person is a one time wonder, get ur money and that's it, on to the next. No wonder her boss had to take over for her lack of service and threats and she was great.

I really enjoyed working with loanDepot team who helped me with each and every detailed question I had. Being my first mortgage I had thousand of questions on the process and documents but the team made sure that they are answered on time and with patience. The online process is also user friendly and easy to understand. Overall I am happy to be LoanDepot customer.
