I lost my home in a flood on August 21, 2021, I contacted loan depot to try to get a home. The guy I spoke to said due to my credit they could not get me approved. ok thats fine I fixed my credit and tried yo call them back. The guy just kept telling me he couldn't help me. I went with a different company and after closing on my home, now I get phone calls, emails, and text messages from them daily. I have asked them to stop calling me, unsubscribed to their emails and text messages. They just want give up to the point it's harassment. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone especially someone that literally has lost their home and all property in a disaster.
