Tried calling both findlay offices and no one would answer or return a message so ended up talking to a guy in California from loan depot. Who said you can get what ever you want you are approved. After negotiating a price with the seller he then says I need sell my house and pay off my car first then apply. But my debt to income ratio was never an issue. Closing cost and fees kept going up. So I went with another bank and even got better rates
