Julie Peoples was so beyond terrific throughout the entire process! She communicated clearly and frequently, and made us feel like we were the only client. We first submitted some loan information on their web site on a Saturday, figuring someone would get back to us on Monday. But Julie responded in less than 30 minutes, and we made great progress on the loan, even on the weekend. The appraiser and notary that they use were both terrific! There simply can't be anyone whose service could be better than Julie's!

Our Loan Depot consultant, Marius, was highly knowledgeable and kept us in the loop with everything throughout the process. He even helped to identify a ding on my credit report that I cleared up and allowed us to obtain significantly lower interest rates. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because our closing was delayed three days due to a lazy, inattentive underwriter failing to properly review our file until 5 PM the business day before closing.
