I don't know how this company makes money. I applied back in February and never got assigned a loan officer. Called repeatedly and sent emails for weeks still never heard back. Tried again and got assigned a loan officer in a state I didn't even ask about, they just assumed. Tried repeatedly to get my file moved with no luck. Now I have an inquiry on my credit report for no reason and just SOL after complaining to CFPB.

Brandon Bee Dixon was a great agent, resolved issues quickly and made sure I understood the process. He was great at answering my questions and generally helped to make the process painless.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I tried for almost THREE MONTHS to close on my refinance with this worthless company. What a colossal waste of time. Tried 3 times to close , each day of closing they decided to try to change some part of the loan terms. On the last time they increased their lending fee that was agreed upon at the beginning by about $5,000. Finally gave up when they wouldn't respond to my loan officer for multiple days.

The process to apply was very easy. My agent was always answering all my questions and doubts and explained everything to me and my husband.

One word will sum everything up: DISAPPOINTED

SEE SIAM MAXIE!!! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED ALL PROCESSES TO ME AS OPPOSED TO SENDING A DOCUMENT AND SAYS "SIGN IT!" SHE WAS AVAILABLE OUTSIDE OF NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS AND EVEN WEEKENDS IF I HAD QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS, SHE DEFINITELY MADE THE LOAN PROCESSS SMOOTH , I HIGHLY RECOMEND LOAN DEPOT AND SIAM MAXIE.

Wasted months of my time and acquires hard inquires on my credit by using Kayla Butler with loan depot. She lied about being pre approved for a home loan, avoided my calls and emails for weeks. Even had to call the main company to get her to contact me back. The worst part is she made me believe there was other loan options for me with a high student loan debt amount. She still ran my credit and everything when I already knew for over a year I had a high DTI and don’t qualify for conventional loans. She still is avoiding my emails. I’ll be calling her supervisor/boss to put in a formal complaint.

This is by far the absolute worst lending company I have used and had my clients use. I will not be sending any of my clients back here. It’s problem after problem. Communication is horrible. They don’t answer phones. You have to call over and over for days even weeks. I will be asking my clients to change Lending companies. I honestly do not even think they deserve 1 Star. Very disappointed with this company Update: tried calling no answer.

Brandon has made this experience very pleasant and professional. We definitely would recommend him.
