This is a terrible company. They've just wasted 5 weeks of a deal that I've almost lost. Eventually (after 5 weeks !!!) they've sent an appraiser they work with, that just screwed up the deal and gave an estimate that is totally detached from reality. When I've approached the broker, he didn't even know which town the house is located in. he was completely inept, didn't take a step to resolve the problem and just bragged about his past record.

As a first time home buyer, I had no clue on where to start ! Donald has been patient, informative & diligent in helping my fiancé and myself with this process!
