He was responsive, educational, professional, and always calm and collected even when I was anxious about the loan process. Also, working with Patrick was Cynthia, who was the Loan Processor. She was great at communicating. Always followed up with me with a voicemail and email. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The online portal helped me track the progress of the loan and everything was very clear for me to understand.
