Adam is Amazing. He is very responsive and helpful. The updates provided are timely. We were looking at a new home with a different lender. They were dishonest and the process was time consuming. The process with Adam has been the opposite. He is honest and friendly. Loan depots application is very easy. Overall I would rate Adam on score of 10 being the highest a 100!

Everything! Adam and Juan were great at communicating with me. The notary and appraisals were great and professional. Loan Depot already had my mortgage and I would not let anyone else service my refinance. It was the best experience and just as easy as the mortgage.

Lacey, is amazing, always follows up, keeps us informed and advises the perfect course of action. working with anyone else would be a complete waste of time. anyone i run into that is even remotely thinking of a purchase or a ReFi is going to get my recommendation to contact Lacey first.

i did an original buy with adam thru my realtor and was very happy. then i thought maybe a friends advice of using a diff lender to refinance would b a good idea. but again my realtor said different so i talked to adam. running thru a few ideas we settled on a great circumstance and saved me A LOT of money. couldnt b happier

Where do I start? Christine was more than my loan consultant. She gave me advise on how to build my credit, she was available to answer my millions of questions throuothis stressful process, she taught me discipline and was on top of everything from start to finish! Christine helped me in ways that has transformed my life for the better. Christine is awesome!!!!! Rating her a 10 doesn’t do any justice she deserves much more.

We didn’t complete a transaction but I believe they are legit. The rep was helpful and not overly pushy. DO NOT ENTER YOUR PHONE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE. I had to change my phone number with the sheer number of junk callers trying to send us mortgage products directly following interacting with loan depot online enquiry. Your info is not safe and they will swarm you worse than seagulls, horrible.

There is a woman named Lakeesha DuBrey that works for this company and she is completely unqualified her grammar shows she is uneducated she can’t even conduct a professional email as soon as I received a email from her I looked her name up and and found that she is a criminal with a long list of different lawsuits against her I would never trust her or this company with my personal information! BE CAREFUL!!!
