I went in trying to sell my silver bar. The value of my silver was approximately 230$. The big short white man treated me as if I owed them $, he offered 125$. I told them to have a nice day.

When visiting the casino, my wife and I wandered into this establishment with every intent to browse only and to our surprise we were met with a pleasant and informative store owner, we think her name was meg, with a warm welcome to the downtown area, and a crash course on diamonds by her son. Clean establishment. Will be back for an engagement ring.

I have done business with them several times and I had nothing but great experiences with them. The Lady (that I am assuming is the owner), is a sweetheart. I'll do business with them again and will recommend to family and friends.

Sometimes we don't get what we want in life for things we feel are valuable however, childish tantrums and attempting to destroy a well respected establishments reputation that worked hard to get where they are isn't the way to do it. First off, ebay or google what your product sells for at lowest price. I worked in loan shops and although it's not a pleasant feeling not being able to meet people's expectations there's still a business to be ran. It is for profit not for loss. With all said Saturday I was there before they closed and swore she told me 40 cents but it was a laughing matter we enjoyed and will bot be the last time i go there in Springfield, Ma. I purchased a rare antique pocket watch from an estate, I negotiated that the final sell be contingent on my ability to confirm the authenticity of the metal content. The seller agreed, with the caveat that the testing be performed without utilizing any methods that would alter the piece (traditional medal verification often involves filing into the item in question and the use of acid for verification), I was given a week to perform the determination. I called a vast amount of high-end jewelry stores, searching for one that uses an x-ray process that could provide me the information I needed, I was referred to Loan USA. I was helped by Megan and her staff, whom was accomdating and told me to bring my watch and they would test it for me, free of charge. Loan USA was extremely helpful and accommodating in its efforts to aid me in my ability to determine if my purchase was authentic. Loan USA’s customer service is why I traveled from Connecticut to their location in Springfield, Massachusetts, and why I would recommend them to others based on my experience. I’d give them no stars at all there rude as hell don’t know if it was the color of my skin but the lady didn’t even Acknowledge me during the whole transaction she completely ignored me when I said thank you like five times And she would not look me in the eye not even once I will never ever do business with them again there’s other more professional pond shops in the area
