Buying a house during this difficult time was not easy especially in California housing market, but the Loan Factory team helped us out tremendously with our loan transaction. Ryan and Celia were pretty much available anytime whenever I had questions, even late at night, early in the morning, and sometimes on the weekends. After our loan was approved and was in the signing stage, We had some issue with notary services from the escrow company. Luckily Celia and Ryan escalated our problem to upper management and they waived our fee for closing date extension and still locked our original interest rate at no cost. They also coordinated their own notary company with us to speed up our signing to meet our second deadline to close on time. Got much better rates than anywhere else, and the final mortgate was from a company I also checked rates with, and it was still lower -- when I was asked why I didn't go with that other company, I told them I got a lower rate from them from The Loan Factory, and they coulndn't match it at all. WOW Loan factory sounded to good to be true when I got my instant rate quote in less than a minute without having to pull any credit. And I just closed my loan in a month and the rate and negative closing cost matched my initial quote!!!!! CRAZEE low rates 2 other brokers could not even come close to matching their rate and negative closing, one broker emailed me back and told me I got an insanely good deal. Props to my man Will!!!! Their rate and closing costs are competitive compared to the other 5 lenders that we shopped with. I was originally quoted with a credit of $625 closing costs but ended up with a credit of $1,000 plus. Excellent! Can’t say no to the extra $400. LF really put their clients interest first. I have a specific situation that I need to close my loan within 14 days. I started the refinance application on 3/8/22 and finished on 3/23/2022. Bought a home with the help of my parents and went through Loan Factory. Applying online is really easy and their rates are really competitive. When I first applied I was afraid that I would just be another number or random client to them since, to put it bluntly, this was a loan FACTORY. I probably spent 2-4 hours gathering the documents, <1 hour on the phone with An in total, and then 1hr to sign (at my home). My payments are 800 less a month, and so 40-50K'ish saved for the life of the loan. Not an oh my god, " Little Jimmy can have that operation now" moment but definitely not complaining. I would recommend and will use them when this stupid housing bubble crashes to buy my next property.
