My family and I had such a smooth experience! Freya dang and her colleagues (Laura and will) was overall amazing. They helped my parents re finance their loan for a lower % and we couldn’t be happier. Freya and her team are bilingual so it was very easy for my parents to speak to them since they only know Vietnamese. There’s a lot of paperwork involved but Freya made sure to answer all the questions we had and guided us through every step. They are very responsive. I would say the process was fairly easy and quick. I would recommend this place for anyone who’s interested in re financing and/or have any issues with their house loan.
