Absolutely the BEST accountant ever! Laura and her team have gone above and beyond what we expected in handling our business and personal accounting needs. I love that my phone calls are returned or questions I have are answered immediately. She makes us feel important and has taken the time to understand our needs and concerns. The time (2019-2020 taxes) I dealt with this firm for my business & personal accounting services was a NIGHTMARE. The number of IRS late notices, incorrect filing notices and complete lack of attention was staggering. They even forgot to include our W2’s on our personal taxes. We are now having to amend & pay IRS fines on our personals. They claimed expenses as income and mis-categorized so much on my business taxes that my new firm has spent months trying to untangle their mess! They screwed things up so badly that they told me they didn’t know how to fix it & gave me $300 back and a box of paperwork and told me to find a firm that could better handle my business. I’m a small business, NOTHING should have been this hard! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Nickel and dimes you for everything. Wants you to file an extension with 40 days until due date...only to get more fees. I've used 3 accountants over the years and this one is a hard pass. Much better options out there.

Every experience I have with this team is fantastic. Extremely quick, incredibly professional, and surprisingly affordable. A large part of me wishes there was more work I could pass their way...they just make everything so easy!

Disregards every bit of guidance given when it is inconvenient. Laura knows her stuff and is a hell of a salesperson, but offloads everything to her hack team. Once you've paid new firm to correct all the issues from prior years, you'll be good to go. NOT THE PLACE FOR SMALL BUSINESS!!
