Absolutely love the shared branching feature of local credit unions...teller was wonderful even though it wasn't my bank normally

While I love this bank I have one MAJOR issue. I cannot link my account to anyone to pay my bills automatically. I can't even link my account to LIfe Lock which protects my identity. While this is the only issue I have with them it is a major issue as I have now found out that since they will not let me link my account anywhere one of my bills is now past due and because they won't allow me to link it.

Robin Arsenault, loan officer, has been a huge help in our loan process. First, with her years of experience she spotted a huge title problem with my first car choice! We then found our dream car and Robin stayed later on a Saturday to write our loan so we could close on time.
