What a great experience with this bank! If I could rate them at ten stars, I would! Applied for a land loan to expand our farm like weve expanded before. This time we tried Lincoln National Bank in Bardstown, Ky. They were not only very efficient and fast but their customer service skills were awesome! Stacy Wolf took care of our loan and we couldnt be more pleased with her. I only wish we had used Lincoln National Bank the other times we expanded our farm. Hands down this Bank put Rural 1 Farm Credit to shame. Stacy Wolf kept us informed at every step and she didn't waste time either. During our initial meeting with her she made us feel very comfortable and clearly communicated each step they do through the process. We felt like we were speaking with a friend or close family member rather than a person at a bank. Stacy was so personable and welcoming and we are just in awe at what a great experience this has been to deal with a bank and loan officer at a level of professionalism and candor that they made us feel like we were their only customer!! We didn't think there were many places like Lincoln Bank around anymore and I had not experienced this type of home town service from a bank since I went in the Army and left small town Iowa.
