Limestone Federal Credit Union River St, Manistique

I have been banking with Limestone for almost 10 years and even though I’ve moved downstate, I will never stop! Mallary and Jessica are always amazing. They are friendly, efficient, and helpful. Great rates, great service.

This place is a nightmare. It was nice about 7 years ago when I first started an account there and slowly went downhill. I’m trying to close my account there now and pay off a loan and it’s like pulling teeth to get anybody to understand what Im talking about!

I don't have an acount at this bank but there sign outside is quite nice. My grandson went in there to get money and they put it in an envelope. Very responsible banking it seems.💰

Used to love banking here. Recently I haven’t even been able to get someone on the phone when I call. It’s very very frustrating to have to call your bank multiple times before getting someone on the phone if you’re even that lucky. I ring the phone off the hook you would think someone would get sick of hearing the phone ring and answer it. I will be switching banks because of this situation I have to deal with about half the time I need an answer on the phone. I also wouldn’t have to call if the app was up to date. Or if you could transfer to different peoples accounts through the app. Throughly disappointly lately.

Have banked with Limestone for 28 years and have enjoyed working with their great staff. Always helpful!

Staff is very personable. However, after several years, that just isn't enough to keep us. Using the night drop, too many times the funds were put in the wrong account type (right account number). Titling accounts with beneficiarys took 6 weeks to get it done correctly. The biggest thing for me, though, is the fact that they do not have an ATM at their main office. With all the remodling they have done over the last few years, they should have added that service to their clients. They try to justify (to me) that they put one in the local grocery store--an additional couple of miles for me to get to, and the store isn't open if I come to town early-so ATM fees are the result.

Everyone we have worked with at Limestone has been knowledgeable, professional, friendly and all make our banking experiences enjoyable. 🙂

My mortgage was screwed up 4 times in 3 years, they changed my balance without telling me why, and it took 10 minutes to get $300 from my account because the "OPEN" sign didn't really mean open in drive thru. Might need to stop hiring high school students for 2 week rotations.

They definitely need to hire people to answer phones. Every time I call no one answers. It's getting old!
