The perfect bank! For accessibility, ease of access and service this bank ranks #1. Limestone Bank is ideal for anyone with disabilities as the building and lobby are set up for quick easy access. They welcomed my medical service dog which is unusual for many places in Kentucky. I also appreciate the fact their employees are behind bullet-proof glass and secure. Kim helped me open a new account and her patience kindness genuine focus on being pleasant, exacting and efficient made it an effortless experience. The best of all? Their customer service/call center is directly above the bank - they are local, professional, pleasant and incredibly easy to understand on the phone. HIGHLY recommend this bank over any other bank or financial institution. Coffee, tea, cookies & candy also (unlike the Dum-Dums in bowls at Chase Bank). I opened an account with Limestone just the other day and had a very personalized visit. It was great! They also auto-sync with the budgeting app my husband and I use, called YNAB (You Need a Budget), which is a HUGE plus for us. John King made sure we were well taken care of!

they keep freezing my account just because i travel a lot. and then they don’t have a 24 hour hotline so you can get it unfroze and if you have a new phone number, the fraud service calls the old one and they don’t have it ANYWHERE

Limestone stole every dime I had to my name and can't know one tell me where my money is. I've never in my life have bank with them before in my life.

IT WOULD BE VERY NICE IF THE BANK STATEMENTS HAD A THREE-HOLE PUNCH APPLIED TO THEM PLEASE PUNCH 3 HOLES ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE STATEMENTS. THANK YOU.

By far the most inconvenient Bank for a small business. Can't write checks to pay for material without prior authorization if over their set amount. Very inconvenient when checks over 1000.00 are written several times a week. You cant deposit more than 2000.00 a month through the app. Every other bank is 20k. They spend more time trying to figure out ways to not offer a service than they do just doing the service. I would recommend going anywhere else but here. Very lazy and not noknowledgeable of their services.

When you deposit your check on app it takes 4 hours for it show up. Every other bank you get deposit right away. If you transfer funds between accounts it may or may not go through within min or up to an hour. I got a fraud call 1am in the morning. Who does that. But you can't deposit my money. But good luck finding a brach to goto. But you can get your money then. What is the difference. The app is so you don't have to go through the bank. As time deposits should be made. I will be moving all 4 of my accounts. Poor service.
