We sold our house through Limbird Realty in May/June 2022. Our house was on the market for a couple weeks and we got an initial offer that fell through. Our agent John got the house back on the market quickly and we had another offer in a couple weeks. We ended up selling for $38,000 less than our initial asking price. The market was slowing down when we decided to sell so the price drop was necessary to move the house in a reasonable time frame. After that everything was smooth sailing. John and Limbird were easy to work with and made the process less stressful. We would use Limbird to buy or sell property again.

Update: Unfortunately, our home buying process with Limbird was an absolute nightmare, when it should not have been with our first home. I would not recommend my experience with them to my worst enemy. Our realtor was nice, but the company itself is the worst and we were almost not able to get our house because of them. Truly regret not going with another company but will never make the same mistake again with Limbird.
