Ms. Light is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever had the misfortune to work with - if you can say she worked with me at all. She was my account advisor for over two years and we never spoke or communicated directly in that time, outside of numerous irrelevant emails she sent out to all clients. Imagine my surprise when I suddenly receive a voicemail from Ms. Light telling me she was dropping my account because a relative of mine quit working for Ms. Light after dealing with ongoing unprofessionalism and outright harassment. Though I had been looking to move my account, I was not getting involved in a matter that was between Ms. Light and my relative. For her to say she was no longer going to manage my account because "of how [my relative] left" seems beyond petty. If she hadn't been told we were related, Ms. Light would have never known we were related since, as noted, I did not get involved with an interoffice matter. Today I received a letter from Ms. Light again telling me she would no longer act as my financial advisor- conveniently not putting into print that her decision was based on an issue she had with my relative. I decided to call Ms. Light and voice my aggrivation that she felt the need to drop my account when she never interacted with me and was taking her frustrations with someone else out on a client who never caused an issue. After voicings my aggravation and calling her out on her lack of professionalism, Ms. Light said, "f**k you!" And hung up the phone. I believe anyone's financial needs would be far better served by a person with more integrity and professionalism than Ms. Light.
