I've been a member of LCFCU for decades and it has been a very positive experience. They have helped me purchase homes, obtain a home equity loan, start a savings account, and issued me a debit card and credit card. I am very pleased with their ATM locations and hours of operation, I think their customer service is excellent. Very happy to be banking with LCFCU!

What financial insitution closes at 3:30pm, M-F and is closed on Sat? I regret opening an account with them. Requested to open a separate minor account online, 6 months go by and still received no word if the account was opened or not. They lack professionalism. Don't bother with this place. Take your money elsewhere.

It's been difficult to get someone to call me back to handle a transaction.

They’re great, until you have an issue anytime past 3:30 PM....or on a weekend. Hope you have a back up plan for cash because LCFCU will prove useless time & time again. They placed a fraud alert on my card on a Friday around 1pm. I called the office and a representative assured me it was fixed and advised me to “give it some time”. My card was again declined leaving work (5pm,Friday) and oh joy..... LCFCU is closed and I’m left without access to my money for 4 days. (Monday is a holiday and because they’re a federal institution....im sure they’re closed) 🙃 Writing this review from the comfort of my home...because, I have an account loaded with $ and no access to it! This place is a joke.....loans...YES! Primary banking.....NO! Oh and I’ve written a formal complaint...because trust me this isn’t the first time I’ve been left over a weekend with no access to my funds...the CEO responded and said they hope to eventually have a service similar to “cash app” ??????? I’m so confused #1 has nothing to do with my complaint #2. How do you plan to offer additional services without customer service? This place is full of disappointment. Majority of the staff is rude also.... Unbelievable.

I'm sadly regretting getting a loan through this credit union. The professionalism is non existent and their tone is very much a matter fact versus working through a situation in a professional and helpful way. Never again!

The customer service is mualo, Magda is not respectful and friendly, I am harsh in her responses and she does not solve anything, I do not know why they are not looking for professional and friendly staff, I gave a star because she does not let me give it, 0, the bank is good bad customer service
