I was recently at this location (Freeport) and it has been the fastest service after sitting with Linda as well as answering my concerns. Soneka was a great help as well she made the necessary adjustment and was very knowledgeable in getting the results that were anticipated. I expect for someone to be on the premises if an appointment was made. Why inconvenience people? Poor customer service because there was NO customer service.

REVIEWS ARE FAKE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. THIS PLACE SHOULD SHUT DOWN. THEY LIE TO PEOPLE ABOUT - HOW MUCH THEY CHARGE. FLOR IS A LIAR. The sad part is that there are many places like this. Taking advantage of people who can barley speak English or understand basic tax prep info. Ya got my number call me.

I wouldn't even give it one star. I was told many stories I have yet to see my tax refund for 2019. I would never recommend anyone to this location free port or the Union Dale office here in New York. Horrible service horrible experience.

I sat there for 20 minutes while the two people that worked there just talked amongst themselves I've be going to and referring people to liberty tax in Freeport since it opened I will never use liberty tax again or refer anyone again

great customer service ive been going for years but i willl NEVER GO I FILLED last week of january its now april 20 i have not got any helpful info at all they tell you to call the IRS your self you stay on the phone all day and then get hanged up on never getva live person its Absurd like i did not pay you all this money to do my taxs for no info no YOU CALL I PAID YOU I REPEAT I WILL NEVER FILE AGAIN WITH LIBERTY TAX OF FREEPORT OH IT GETS BETTER THEY HAVE BEEN CLOSED SHUCH A HORRIBLE BUSINESS
