I had a great experience! My tax preparer Elaine was very profesional and explained step by step what she was doing which I loved and because I wasn’t getting anything back and I had to pay she didn’t charge me anything and that was awesome and very helpful as well so thank you Elaine and Liberty Taxes you guys were great!!!

Best place I've gone to get my taxes done. Did my taxes here the last 3 years and each year the employees were very helpful and explained everything in layman's terms. I used to go to H&R Block on federal st. and they did the bare minimum. This liberty tax location went above and beyond and helped me figure out additional deductions and was able to really increase my return.

IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN THIS A NEGATIVE FIVE STARS I WOULD HAVE!!! After going to Liberty for six years owner Tim sold the company. Not only were the new preparers incompetent but very unprofessional. I was told that a lot of the tax questions we could skip then after realizing I was not given the child tax credit or student education credit I was given the excuse that the form was done and it could not be changed. I asked why she skipped over all of the questions and she said it was to save time!! I was the only customer in the building and all the other preparers were eating and watching television. To make matters worse, I cancelled my application and went to H&R block just to discover that the tax forms she gave me was of someone else's prepared taxes. On the form was a woman named Brittany's social security number, her children's name and their social security numbers as well as addresses and place of employment. I was so disgusted I returned all the paperwork with a firm warning that I would be contacting the main office. Once I did indeed contact the main office through the 1-800 number they wrote up an email to send to that exact office's manager who I later discovered is the one who prepared my taxes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!

Addy is the best!! She helped me fill out my taxes super fast and was efficient! Would definitely recommend her!

Liberty Tax thank you for taking the time and patience in helping me with my taxes.

Messed up my fiance tax return and now we habe to fix it because they so call can't. Won't be back ever again with over charging to file taxes and then to mess up someone return. Stay away you're better off doing your own tax return.
