I would not recommend this place at all as this is our 3rd time having issues. As a professional accountant, there shouldn’t be errors dealing with anyone’s money. Especial if your charging 500 plus per an individual. COVID-19 has been tremendously harsh to everyone. I had mine done along with my son. We both were specifically asked did we get our stimulus, our answer was yes. The accountant put zero in the box. Which indicates I never got my stimulus. Which was completely wrong. The IRS took a chunk of money out of my return. I think it’s only right if that money is returned bc the accountant made the error. They are also holding my son’s return. I pray this is not a gimmick bc they get their money either way. We never had these issues with Jackson Hewitt at all. In addition, my friend return was for 1000 they still was charging 500. The lest your return, they should charge less as well.

I would highly recommend Libery Taxes . They are will Informed and very courteous. They have been doing our taxes for years.

I have been doing my taxes with Liberty Tax @ 54 East Broad Street for years, Ray and Michele are wonderful, helpful, and will take the time to assist you with your taxes. They have great employees and everyone makes it a pleasure coming there, I also know they review every return filed in the office, so if a form wasn't filed that means you did not provide the form at the time you completed your taxes. I also know if you brought it to their attention they did everything they could to see it was handled for you, at no charge ( which it sounds like it would have been any place else) Your not going to talk bad about this business, this community stands behind Liberty Tax Service.

Extremely not happy. When I went over a month ago I received an email from Liberty Tax telling me I should have my return by February 28th of this year. IM STILL FREAKING WAITING. MY BILLS WONT GET PAID WORK HAS BEEN REAL SLOW IM ON THE VERGE ON LOOSING A LOT BEHIND LIBERTY TAX. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THROUGH YOU. I didn't even want to give you a star but had to inorder to post this message.

I was recently widowed and very close to closing the sale of my home when my realtor called and said I had to clear outstanding IRS liens. WHAT!?! I was in hysterics when I called and spoke to Michelle. She was calm, comforting, super-professional, and knew exactly what to do to research the problem and create a solution. Michelle gave excellent, clear instructions and really helped me out of a jam. Turns out the title officer needed a letter stating that there are no liens. But, by the time that message went from him to his assistant, from his assistant to my realtor's assistant, from the realtor's assistant through my realtor to me, it had morphed into 'clear IRS liens'. Two things: (1) I'll know to investigate further before getting upset, and (2) ALWAYS use Liberty Tax Service in Bethlehem! Knowledgeable, professional and super-helpful, I can't recommend them enough. Thanks, Michelle!

My husband and I recently came to Liberty Tax to have our income tax completed. Usually we file ourselves, but because this year we had some changes, we decided to seek professional help. They completed our taxes, and said we should receive them within 21 days. But instead, we received a letter of denial on the 21st day. Apparently they never submitted insurance information, which we provided at our appointment. I understand mistakes happen, but this matter has yet to be resolved! We've received the run around about waiting for a manager to sign off on our papers to resubmit to the IRS. And we paid them $700, which seems ridiculous, considering they messed them up. A phone call back from the manager would be great! I would not suggest this place to anyone! I regret our decision coming to this location. And paying $700 for "forms."
