I’ve been a customer for Arlene for 3 years. Arlene is a wonderful person and the main reason why I started filing my taxes through this location. She has never failed me and doing taxes with her will 100% remove any stress you’ve had before. I have been going to Liberty Tax to get my taxes done since 2007, and the past 2 years I’ve gone to the Ellicot City location and had Arlene Bonilla as my tax preparer. Miss Arlene has been incredible for the last four years that I’ve been coming to the Ellicott city location I’ve been with liberty tax for 15 years and I’ve never had exceptional service until I had her if you want great service great overall everything this is the lady to go to!! I consider her a second mother to me she treats you with respect and is nothing but honest and will get you every dime that you are owed and To this day I will forever still come to this location this company because of Miss Arlene she is the reason why I’m still here !!! way to go guys you got yourself a winner employee and she deserves everything!!!
