Liberty Tax is helping me get my 2020 Stimulus payments and get caught up on my tax filings

The black woman in office is very rude. i am saying this a black woman to another black woman, she dis not tell us the service fees until it was at the end of service. we were told we had to pay $99, when we told them we don't have $200 they were asking, that woman went off and started to act crazy like a kid.. never go there unless you want drama .

This is by fae the worst Tax service i have ever used in my life more hidden fees then anyplace I've ever used... I went here under guides of a friend this company is seriously high way robbery. Not only did theu take my entire state taxes but in total with a 1015.00 tax refund i only got 585 practically making refund null and void with how many bills that are heading my way so instead of being able to walk around with a couple hundred dollars for myself gone. My parents CPA charged me last year only 200 bucks out of a 1500 dollar refund. Ive offically been charged now 415 dollars for a tax refund even after i was given a 20% discount for waiting 2 and a half hours for service. I regret beyond going here especially when i could gone to an official accountant and only been charged 200 bucks screw liberty tax and their horrible practice if you want a good costumer service tax service and a good refund back from one of these aervice please go to HR Block who charges a fraction of that and charge damn near the same amount of a CPA. Do not go to this place unless you wanna just lose alot of hard earned money owed to you. They are for sure no J.G. Wentworth you dont get your money now and you get taxed to an unfoundly margin.

Don't bother making an appointment, even if you have one you will be sitting for hours, no receptionist And only one tax preparer... I'm not sure why they are even taking appointments....

They where great! I didn't think I would get much back since I lost my job half way threw the year due to covid but they got me a better refund then I could have ever asked for!! Thank you Liberty!

This has been a complete nightmare (not trying to make a pun). They filled out the form for my taxes in like 5 minutes. Didn't fill it out right and the guy just handed me $50 dollars. The thing about the $50 dollars is I had an option to get more on my refund or take the $50. He just hands me $50 with no choice between the two options. I had to go back to the office and resign a paper because he SPELLED MY NAME WRONG. The covid thing happened and they ended up e-mailing me the paper. I signed the paper and they did give me 50% off due to the hassle. Now I am trying to file for unemployment and I need a number off my W2. They took my W2's and never gave them back. I was on hold waiting on an agent for 45 minutes and they pick up and tell me they don't have the number that I need to call my local office. And if I have any trouble to call back. Why would I call back if you DONT HAVE THE NUMBER I NEED?? They originally wanted to charge me like 300 dollars for a simple form to fill out.

Unsatisfactory service. Incompetent tax preparer. Entered wrong info in system. Told me I owed which was later incorrect. Needed constant assistance with from other agent in office. Left not knowing if actually completed correctly. Hoping not to be audited . If going to this location do not deal with Kenny!!!!!!

Too expensive people that did there taxes free have already received part i paid 600 and nothing yet smh
