This place is a hoax. Do not go here. They still have my paperwork, from April 12 and I have made appointments to pick them up and nobody ever shows. I was waiting and another man said he has been dealing with the same thing. Please be advised. They lie and cheat people. Many lies was told to me by Ashley.

Ok, Siempre Tax is now LIBERTY TAX SERVICE. My back story: I went to Liberty Tax at this address 6 years ago, and it was a nightmare! Fast forward to today: Walked in to Liberty yesterday morning and I knew IMMEDIATELY this place had changed. I was greeted by Danielle, who offered me a soda, or fruit drink, or water, then asked me to sit down at her desk. Professional, yet personable, friendly, yet about the business. In less than 30 minutes this tax expert walked me through a seamless, thorough tax preparation. She explained everything clearly, answered every question, and conducted herself in a manner that convinced me she "knows her stuff". If you haven't had your taxes done yet, get in to Liberty Tax in Rosamond! They are there year round, for all your tax needs. Absolutely 10 Stars!

This place is a fraud. They steal information from their customers. They are not timely with getting taxes done. And they operate business in a very shady way. Do not go here unless you want your information taken and stolen. Horrible establishment.
