Even though my experience was out of town and leaving emails and back and forth everything turned out good they were very attentive to my needs oh a great thanks to Cynthia Ward Liberty Taxes did a great job

After I left my taxes at this place to be filed I came back the next day to finalize everything and I was told that I had $3600 coming back from the federal and $900 coming back from the state, but after sitting there for a few minutes I was told by the woman that she made a mistake and I have $2500 coming back from the federal and $900 coming back from the state, after waiting a few more agonizing moments and hoping for the best I was then told that there was an omission on my taxes and pay all the federal $300 and I will only be getting $500 from the state because Liberty Tax has to take their fees out first, since this was not my first issue at this place I decided to take my losses and move on …!

Cynthia is absolutely the best! I’ll keep coming back as long as she’s around

They’ve never told me how much they would be charging me for the average cost for tax preparation, Which I asked them but didn’t get an answer, but assured me it won’t cost me a lot. Till the day I received my Tax refund, I found out they charged the inimaginable money I wouldn’t ever wanted to pay for tax preparation, They have charged me more than 300 dollars. Avoiding shady tactics artists tax preparation, specifically if they know that you don’t know everything about the process. I will never trust them, NEVER.
