Had my vehicle backed into by a liberty mutual customer, they take forever in the claims process, never return your calls and drag it on forever, it's nearly a month and they have accepted liability for the incident, but I still haven't been issued payment, and my claim representative has went out of the office twice in this process, my own insurance cant even get ahold of them. They need to stop wasting money on limu emu commercials and invest in better customer service skills. This company is a joke.

Pooor. Raised my rates even though I had no incidents. You'll sit on the phone with them for am hour. They're the worst.

Never went there in person but called to get a quote and it was not only extremely expensive but the man I spoke had a very judgemental attitude towards me and I did not like it at all, made me feel very uncomfortable and would not recommend even calling for a quote

There commercials are so stupid it Makes me wonder how stupid the CEO of the company is.

What a waste of money.. Been with them for 5 yrs, had a burglery and filled a claim for the 1st time and was treated as if they were against me. My process was long and they did not replace my things at all.. They asked for pictures cause they understan we as people dont keep receipts from 1000 years ago.. After i sent pics for proof of property they asked for receipts.. They are a scam and want to take your money.. Im currantly suing them.. They are scammers. Dont trust them..

I tell my friends and family to switch to Jared Lister @ Liberty Mutual often. He has always helped us get the best rates and found us many discounts over the last 5 years since we have had him. We even had to file a claim for siding after the Washington tornado in 2013. Liberty Mutual was easy to deal with during that process & my homeowners insurance has even gone down since then not up.

Liberty Mutual is a very bad insurance company I had my home owner insurance and personal property insurance they never told me of depreciation had a fire at my home Liberty Mutual says I was covered under my policy but then the insurance adjuster says there's a thing called depreciation so short and sweet and true try to save other people from bad companies like this call Contractor to fix my home my home is now fix but now I have a lien against my home I only got a third of my personal property because they call it depreciation. The way I look at it if I have insurance on something I should be able to get it replaced not stuck with a lien on my home and a third of my personal property back so Liberty Mutual insurance is a very bad insurance company so I'm trying to save you very long sleepless night get a insurance company that stands beside their contracts Liberty Mutual is not one so now I am looking at changing my homeowners insurance and personal property over to State Farm Insurance Company hopefully they're not crook like Liberty Mutual PS don't believe their commercials it's called false advertisement
