Liberty Bank Forest Park Roosevelt Rd, Forest Park

I applied for a small business loan after speaking directly with the loan manager and getting her encouragement to do so. I submitted all required documents both personal and financial and never heard back from this bank. I called multiple times and was placed on hold and then disconnected or I would be transferred to a voicemail and no one ever returned my calls. I emailed the manager and her assistant and NOTHING. If you aren’t interested then just say so, it’s disconcerting to have provided such detailed information to this institution for them to just hold onto it and 8 months later still not a word from them. Very very unprofessional to say the least.

Liberty Bank is great back that has great customer service, a supportive staff, and very hands on. Tamico, Sabrina, and Charles makes a great team and are very hands on! They are great to work with and have always provided awesome customer service to me! If you ever need anything, ask for any of them!

What Bradley says is true. I have been a client of this bank for several years and began banking at their Forest Park location after the location in Chicago proper closed. My favorite teller, Mr. Charles is phenomenal and the other tellers do truly go above and beyond. The current bank manager has an unsavory attitude towards clients in the worst way. I came in with my spouse and she made us feel like he was second class. Making him stand by the door while I banked. I don't want to knock Liberty Bank's rating from 5 stars because overall they have been amazing to me. Unfortunately, until this manager shifts her attitude and the way she approaches clients they're sitting at a solid 4 stars (when she's around it'd be 2 stars). I am so sorry Bradley, a senior went through that as well.

This banking location has the rudest bank manager that I have ever encountered. She needs to be replaced by one of the two front bank tellers that go above and beyond for their clients. The reason for my one star, the bank manager does not respect senior citizens requests when it comes to family members assisting their love ones through the banking process. Her attitude is less than desirable to the public and staff. She is belittling and condescending openly to her staff in public view. On two separate occasions I felt sorry for the tellers being subjected to her. How she treated my love one on a past visit should be criminal. Beware doing your business when the branch manager is working.
