I am a local business serving the Latino community in Waterbury I am a automotive business this I took a check from a Latino customer for a repair and she endorsed it over to me so I deposited into this bank through the atm the bank called today refusing the check they said due to it being made out to customer from insurance company and being endorsed to me. Really, never heard of it. I’m wondering if it had something to do with a bias seems to be going around. Liberty bank you should be ashamed of yourself

Ok How To Start.....Opened 2 Accounts They Had A 100.00 Promotion Sounds Good Sure...They Did As Promoted....Here Is The Big Issue Once Direct Deposit Come In We Started To Pay The Bills Yes We Two Checking Accounts...Here Come Next Month Or Shall We Say One Week After Making Payments Online Not Thrue The Bank But Thrue Credit Cards Websites They Come Back As Insufficient Funds Yes They Are Funds Called The Bank They Stated There Has Been No Attempt To Withdraw Any Funds Maybe We Made A Mistake In Out Bills Account we double triple checked everything matched here comes next moth same thing insufficient funds had to pay late fee called the bank they claim same thing no one tried to withdraw any funds so it cost us more in late fee and the bank doesn’t care if it was one card or creditor issue ok but not 6 Creditors Closing Account Once I Change My Direct Deposit To Another Bank Just Beware Make A Few Payment And See What Happens Also Debit Card Gets Declined With Fund In Account
