Liberty Bank Main St, Deep River

My family and I have been working with Liberty Bank Deep River branch for about six years and we have never had a problem. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Teresa is the client specialist who always takes care of us and she is wonderful. We also decided to open our business account with them because they are amazing. I highly recommend this branch for any personal or business banking.

A few weeks ago I had an experience where the tellers were flat out mean, and this was definitely not the first time. There are one or two that are okay, but the rest are desperately in need of customer service training or perhaps finding a job where they aren't allowed to be around people. I haven't gone back since and am happy using the Haddam location. I wish anyone who goes into the Deep River location Good Luck!!! To add: apparently every branch has different rules and Deep River’s policies change depending on the day. Still prefer Haddam location is the best, inside and out. Drive the extra mile or two and get much better consistent service.

Accidentally left my debit card in the atm, thanks to whoever found it. But the next day, when we went to go pick it up, the teller said they shred any debt cards that aren’t liberty. Really? Shredded up an veterans navy federal card? Thank god we will never open or use your bank atm ever again. Thanks to navy federal, theyre sending us a brand new free card.
