My experience was wonderful. Michelle is the person who handled my account and she was always accommodating. Whatever I asked for she was always more than helpful. They even told me to call them first before I buy my next car so they can give me a great rate.

My own experience with this company was pretty good during the time of my loan. I didn’t feel hassled or harassed for payments. If I was late, as long as I communicated with them they were understanding. I can happily say I have paid off my car. Worry free! Martha was an exceptional account rep!!! She was very pleasant, polite and down to earth!

I highly recommend this Liberal Finance ! They have been so helpful and patient with me when I lost my job. Martha is wonderful and so professional. I highly recommend her as an agent for your loan.

My experience with this company is horrible. Customer service is like this when you call. HELLO. They don’t even introduce themselves over the phone. So customer service need work ASAP. Next is Ms. Debra who has issue with people. Not sure what is her problem but you have one job. Answer the phone and assist people with there payments. She is rude and need more training in customer service. I’m not sure all calls are recorded. I’m pretty sure Ms. Debra would be working somewhere else if conversation was recorded. Any new customers please read these comments. Do not do business with this company. Save your self from the disrespect, lack of customer service. This company should be shut down ASAP.

DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT finance your vehicle with this company. The interest rates are terrible as well as the customer service especially from a rep named Martha. On top of that these crooks charge you an extra $6 to pay your payment over the phone with a debit/credit card. I have 12 payments left and I will be so happy when it's over and will Never deal with this company again and neither should you!!! Save yourself the headache an go elsewhere.

Martha was very pleasant and helpful. I must say my experience was great. There was a time I needed assistance and they worked with me. Martha was great!!!! No complaints

I had awful credit when I took out my car loan 4 years ago and now I’m in the excellent range thanks to them. Martha was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the last four years. She arranged payments for me when I was out of state and would go out of her way to make sure I got my payments in on time. My car note is paid, I have 100% payment history and a credit score that seemed impossible for me to attain all those years ago. I think that if you’re serious about making your payment time, you shouldn’t have a problem. Thank you, Martha. I really appreciate the extra work you put in for me. Best of luck!

Well, I cant say anything negative as they did afford me the opportunity to pay off a vehicle which was.for my nephew for college! I paid it off never late for missed a payment and the only issue I had was once I had a family emergency where money was needed. So, I asked to push my payment back and would pay what I owed the following month. They requested "proof" that I had an emergency. I felt like ai was back on school having to bring a note to prove whatever! Other than that all went well! Itd probably go back if I had no other options!

Martha was great Specially around the holidays she helped me postpone my payment with out any interest or late fees and finally made my last payment. Service was great

If I could give these people 0 stars I would. I have never received such poor customer service. How do you tell a new cuwho says they didn't receive a billing statement that you don't work for the post office. How rude could you be! William needs to be reprimanded and retrained. His attitude was disgusting. If you can avoid getting a loan with this company do yourself a favor and don't. I will be writing corporate but I'm sure they don't give a damn. If so he would not have spoken to me the way he did.
